A real-time control room for hydraulic fracturing.
Live monitoring software that shows frac engineers what is happening in the well being treated and in the wells around it — and warns them when a frac starts affecting a neighbour.

The challenge
What needed solving.
During a frac job, pressure, pump rates and sand change by the second — and a fracture can reach a neighbouring well, damaging it and cutting its production.
Engineers in the field and in the office need the same live picture, early enough to act.
What we built
Three things that made the difference.
- 01
Live stage monitoring
Pressure, rate and sand for every stage, with key moments flagged automatically.
- 02
Neighbouring wells
Live pressure on nearby wells, on a map and a wellhead diagram.
- 03
Early warnings
Frac-hit detection and alarms by text and email, with shift schedules.
The result
One live picture for the field and the office — six years and counting.
Built and evolved
We designed and built every screen engineers use, and kept improving them for six years.
Anywhere
The same live view on desktop, tablet and phone.
Warned in time
Alarms reach the right person, day or night.
